Eric Grenier
Senior Pastor
Eric has served in ministry for the past 15 years. He is a gifted speaker, combining unique object lessons and illusions into his teaching. Eric went to Florida Baptist College and earned a B.A. in Theology with minors in Preaching and Evangelism. He later went on to Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary to earn a Master’s in Divinity. Eric and his wife Heather have been married since 2000 and have two boys Caleb and Justus.
Matt Burks
Worship Leader
Matt grew up as a preachers kid in rural south Arkansas. He accepted Christ at a young age and felt called to ministry his senior year in high school. Matt started leading worship in high school along with various other ministries in Bartow. He's been involved in many different bands and other musical ventures over the years. He and his wife Tiffney have been married for nearly 12 years and have 3 children. They have been on staff with 3 different church plants over the last 12 years before coming to New Life.
Ross Ponder
Youth Minister
Ross Ponder has served in various ministries since his time of education at the Baptist College of Florida where he received a B.A. in Ministry with a focus on Pastoral Studies. Ross has been married to his wife Sarah since 2012 and, when he is not at the church, enjoys writing and playing instruments.
